1. Consultation
We begin with a conversation (either in person or online) to explore what you do, why you do it, and what you need most right now. This is where we make sure we’re the right fit and begin shaping a process that feels supportive from the start.
2. A tailored recommendation & quote
You’ll receive a proposal crafted specifically for your goals, outlining clear objectives, pricing, and the recommended pathway forward. Once approved, a project deposit secures your start date so everything is clear and underway.
3. Strategy & research
This is where we dig deeper. Together we clarify your message, explore creative direction, and align design decisions with your business goals. Strategy sessions, references, and mood boards help give your project a strong and distinctive foundation.
4. Collaborative design
Design is a collaborative process. I bring ideas and concepts to the table, and through your feedback we refine them until the final result feels powerful, purposeful, and unmistakably you.
5. Launch & on-call support
When everything is ready, we launch your new brand or website into the world. You’ll walk away with the tools and confidence to use it well and ongoing support whenever you need it.
